(a) The last week of the month of October of each year is hereby declared the 'Telecommunications and Computer Science Week'.\n(b) The Governor of Puerto Rico, through a proclamation to such effect, shall annually exhort the educational and professional entities related to telecommunications and computer sciences, to carry out activities directed to the awareness and development of these successful media.\nHistory —Jan. 4, 2000, No. 9, §§ 1, 2.
