(a) The month of February each year is hereby designated as the 'Month for the Prevention and Management of Heart Symptoms and for Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Training'.\n(b) The Governor of Puerto Rico, through a proclamation to such effect, shall annually urge all pertinent educational and professional entities to carry out activities directed to the education, prevention, and orientation of this condition.\nHistory —July 21, 2000, No. 130, §§ 1, 2.
