(a) To commemorate and celebrate on the 8th of May of each year in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the birth and artistic and musical legacy of Felipe ' La Voz ' Rodríguez.\n(b) The Governor of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico shall issue the proclamation related to said date and shall urge the participation of all public, municipal and private entities, and of the people of Puerto Rico, in coordinating efforts and activities for the celebration provided in this section.\nThe Puerto Rico Corporation for Public Broadcasting, the University of Puerto Rico, the Department of Education, the Institute of Puerto Rican Culture and the Municipality of Caguas are particularly authorized, together with other public and municipal entities, to coordinate and celebrate activities pursuant to the mandate established in this section.\nHistory —Aug. 24, 2000, No. 190, §§ 1, 2.
