(a) The last Saturday of the month of March of each year is hereby proclaimed as the National Day of La Bomba in Puerto Rico, with the purpose of enhancing the folkloric and cultural value of the musical genre of La Bomba as part of our tradition and culture.\n(b) The Department of State jointly with the Institute of Puerto Rican Culture shall have the responsibility to organize and sponsor the activities regarding the declaration and commemoration of La Bomba as a historical, artistic, and cultural Puerto Rican expression.
