(a) The third week of August of each year is hereby declared and established as the 'Puerto Rico Florists Week'.\n(b) The Governor of Puerto Rico must, through proclamation, exhort the people of Puerto Rico to commemorate the third week of August of each year as the 'Puerto Rico Florists Week'.\n(c) The Department of State of Puerto Rico shall implement the necessary measures to comply with the purposes of this section, through the organization and celebration of official activities that acknowledge and emphasize the contribution of citizens and institutions or entities, public or private, who have promoted the trade or profession of floristry.\nHistory —May 2, 2003, No. 117, §§ 1—3.
