(a) The week of the month of December of each year which coincides with the observance of the International Volunteer Day, each December 5th, as established in § 5133 of this title, is hereby declared to be the 'Puerto Rico Nonprofit Organizations Week'.\n(b) The Department of State of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico is hereby directed to take each year the measures necessary to enforce the intent of this section, by propitiating the involvement of the nonprofit organizations of the country.\nHistory —Aug. 1, 2004, No. 182, §§ 1, 2.
