(a) April 28 of each year is hereby declared as the 'World Day for Safety and Health at Work'.\n(b) The Governor of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico shall annually exhort the People of Puerto Rico through a proclamation, as well as direct the different government agencies and entities in charge of the safety and health at work to organize and sponsor activities appropriate for the celebration of the 'World Day for Safety and Health at Work'.\n(c) A copy of the annual proclamation shall be distributed to the news media of the Island for its [dissemination].\nHistory —July 30, 2007, No. 94, §§ 1–3.
