(a) The month of November of each year is hereby declared as the 'Counseling Month' in Puerto Rico.\n(b) The Governor, through a proclamation, shall annually exhort the People of Puerto Rico to express their deepest gratitude and to pay a well-deserved homage to these professionals for their valuable contribution.\n(c) The Secretary of State is authorized to request the cooperation of the different departments, agencies and instrumentalities of the Government of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico for the celebration of said month.\n(d) The Department of State shall annually remit a copy of the proclamation issued by the Governor to the various communications media for its corresponding disclosure and diffusion.\nHistory —Sept. 27, 2007, No. 132, §§ 1–4.
