(a) The first week of the month of May is hereby declared as the 'Barber and Barber Stylist Week in Puerto Rico'.\n(b) The Governor of Puerto Rico shall annually exhort the commemoration of the first week of the month of May as the 'Barber and Barber Stylist Week in Puerto Rico', through a proclamation directed to the People of Puerto Rico, at least ten (10) days before the first of May.\n(c) A copy of the annual Proclamation referred to in subsection (b) of this section shall be distributed to the mass communications media of the Island for its diffusion and publication.\nHistory —Nov. 9, 2007, No. 166, §§ 1–3.
