(a) The 19th of August of each year is hereby declared as the day to reflect upon and promote ethical values that lead to truth, forgiveness, respect to the dignity and diversity in human beings, tolerance toward differences and sound coexistence among Puerto Ricans.\n(b) The Governor through a proclamation, shall annually exhort the people of Puerto Rico to promote the ethical values that foster truth, forgiveness, respect to dignity and the diversity of human beings, tolerance toward differences and sound coexistence among Puerto Ricans.\nHistory —June 12, 2008, No. 86, §§ 1, 2.
