(a) November 12 of each year is hereby established and declared as the 'National Day Against Gastroesophageal Reflux in Puerto Rico'.\n(b) The Governor of Puerto Rico, through a proclamation, shall exhort the People of Puerto Rico to observe November 12 of each year as the National Day Against Gastroesophageal Reflux in Puerto Rico.\n(c) The Department of Health shall adopt the necessary measures to comply with the purposes of this section by organizing and holding activities to promote the diagnosis and treatment of gastroesophageal reflux.\nHistory —July 29, 2008, No. 135, §§ 1–3.
