(a) The observance of May 7 of each year as the 'World AIDS Orphans Day', is hereby established.\n(b) The Governor of Puerto Rico, through a proclamation, shall exhort the people of Puerto Rico to observe May 7 of each year as the 'World AIDS Orphans Day'.\n(c) The Department of the Family shall adopt the necessary measures to disseminate and implement an awareness campaign on the humanitarian, social, economic and safety challenges that affect the children orphaned by AIDS.\nHistory —Aug. 13, 2008, No. 265, §§ 1–3.
