(a) The third week of November of each year is hereby declared as the 'Maintenance Custodian Week' and the Friday of said week as the 'Maintenance Custodian Day'.\n(b) Every year, the Governor of Puerto Rico through a proclamation shall exhort the people of Puerto Rico to pay tribute of appreciation and admiration to all maintenance custodians.\n(c) The Secretaries and Heads of Agencies shall recommend and schedule public events and encourage the holding of other activities geared toward celebrating the Maintenance Custodian Day and Week.\nHistory —Aug. 13, 2008, No. 272, §§ 1–3.
