(a) The month of November of each year is hereby declared to be the 'Epilepsy Patient Care and Rehabilitation Month in Puerto Rico'.\n(b) The Governor of Puerto Rico shall issue a yearly proclamation in order for the 'Epilepsy Patient Care and Rehabilitation Month in Puerto Rico' to be observed in November.\nHistory —Feb. 13, 2010, No. 15, §§ 1, 2.
