(a) 'Rotary Club Week in Puerto Rico' is hereby declared to be observed each year on the week of February 23rd. Likewise, it is hereby declared that February 23rd shall be the 'Rotary Club Day in Puerto Rico'.\n(b) Department of State of Puerto Rico, together with the various clubs of Rotary District 7000 in Puerto Rico, shall adopt the necessary measures to achieve the purposes of this section and to emphasize their great contributions to Puerto Rican society by supporting activities that make their endeavor publicly known.\nHistory —Feb. 17, 2010, No. 18, §§ 1, 2.
