(a) The month of February of each year is hereby declared as the 'Burnt Children and Burn Prevention Month'.\n(b) Secretary of the Department of Health is hereby directed to issue a proclamation on February 1 of each year to announce the observance of the 'Burnt Children and Burn Prevention Month'. During said month, the Secretary or the official onto whom he/she delegates shall coordinate with other State and Municipal Government Agencies and other community organizations to lend support to the activities conducted to raise awareness and promote the prevention of these injuries.\nHistory —Mar. 26, 2010, No. 37, §§ 1, 2.
