(a) The month of February of each year is hereby declared as the 'Burnt Children and Burn Prevention Month'.\n(b) Secretary of the Department of Health is hereby directed to issue a proclamation on February 1 of each year to announce the observance of the 'Burnt Children and Burn Prevention Month'.
