(a) The first week of November of each year is hereby declared as the 'Good Blood Management Awareness Week in Puerto Rico'.\n(b) The Governor of Puerto Rico shall issue a proclamation to such effect and shall invite all public and private entities, as well as people in general, to join in the celebrations of said week, and to organize activities in connection with the purposes thereof.\n(c) Each year, the Secretary of State of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico shall establish the mechanisms necessary to divulge what is herein established.\nHistory —July 16, 2010, No. 78, §§ 1–3.
