(a) The month of November is hereby declared as the 'Pulmonary Hypertension Alert and Awareness Month'.\n(b) The Governor of Puerto Rico, through a proclamation to such effect, shall exhort the People of Puerto Rico to observe the month of November of each year as the 'Pulmonary Hypertension Alert and Awareness Month'.\nHistory —Sept. 13, 2010, No. 134, §§ 1, 2.
