(a) September of each year is hereby designated as the 'Leukemia, Lymphoma, and Myeloma Awareness Month'.\n(b) The Secretary of Health is hereby directed to issue a proclamation during the month of September of each year to announce the observance of the 'Leukemia, Lymphoma, and Myeloma Awareness Month'. In said proclamation, the Secretary shall exhort the people, on behalf of the Government of Puerto Rico to obtain information about these terrible diseases, thus helping to raise people’s awareness and convey a message of hope to patients and their families.\nHistory —Oct. 29, 2010, No. 159, §§ 1, 2.
