(a) This section shall be known as the 'Act to declare March 9 of each year as the Women Veterans Day in Puerto Rico'.\n(b) March 9 of each year is hereby declared as 'Women Veterans Day in Puerto Rico'. The Governor of Puerto Rico shall issue a proclamation at least ten (10) days before March 9 of each year, to remind the people of Puerto Rico the importance of the activities that shall be carried out in accordance therewith.\n(c) During said day, the Veteran’s Advocate and the various agencies and instrumentalities of the Government serving veterans, shall develop campaigns geared toward attaining the purposes herein established.\nHistory —Dec. 8, 2010, No. 189, §§ 1–3.
