(a) August 7 of each year is hereby designated as 'Purple Heart Day' to honor all veterans who are recipients of this decoration.\n(b) August 7 of each year is hereby declared as 'Purple Heart Day'. The Governor of Puerto Rico, through a proclamation issued at least ten (10) days before said date each year, shall remind the People of Puerto Rico the importance of the activities to be carried out pursuant to said proclamation.\n(c) During said day, the Veterans Advocate and the different government entities and instrumentalities shall organize a campaign to such effects.\nHistory —Mar. 28, 2011, No. 37, §§ 1–3.
