(a) The third week of the month of October of each year is hereby declared as the 'Financial Analysts Week'.\n(b) The Governor of Puerto Rico shall issue a proclamation inviting all Puerto Ricans to recognize the valuable work carried out by financial analysts.\n(c) A copy of the original proclamation shall be delivered, in parchment form, to the Puerto Rico Financial Analysts Association.\nHistory —Apr. 8, 2011, No. 53, §§ 1–3.
