(c) The Department of Natural and Environmental Resources, together with the pertinent Commonwealth agencies and educational and nonprofit organizations-specifically, the Manatee Conservation Center (Caribbean Stranding Network-Inter American University of Puerto Rico)-shall adopt the necessary measures to comply with the provisions of this section by organizing and holding activities to educate citizens on how to protect and conserve this endangered species.'\nNotice This section has more than one version with varying effective dates.
