(a) The second week of September of each year is hereby declared as 'Art Education Week'.\n(b) The Governor of Puerto Rico, through a proclamation, as well as the Department of Education, shall urge all public and private entities and citizens in general to join in the observance of this week, and to organize activities consistent with its purpose.\nHistory —Dec. 16, 2011, No. 263, §§ 1, 2.
