(a) September is hereby declared as the 'Peace in Puerto Rico Month'.\n(b) The Governor of Puerto Rico shall issue a proclamation to such effect and exhort all public and private entities, as well as citizens in general, to join in the observance of said month and organize activities in accordance to the purposes thereof.\n(c) The Secretary of State of Puerto Rico shall establish the necessary mechanisms to disseminate the provisions of this section on an annual basis.\nHistory —Apr. 27, 2012, No. 66, §§ 1–3.
