(a) The third weekend of May of each year is hereby declared as the 'Cyclist’s Weekend'.\n(b) The Department of Transportation and Public Works, in coordination with the Puerto Rico Police, the Puerto Rico Traffic Safety Commission, the Automobile Accident Compensation Administration, the Sports and Recreation Department, and the Puerto Rico Public Broadcast Corporation shall adopt and promote each year the necessary measures to comply with the provisions of this section.
