(a) June of each year is hereby declared as the 'Responsible Fatherhood Awareness Month in Puerto Rico'.\n(b) The Governor of Puerto Rico, through a proclamation to such effect, shall encourage the People of Puerto Rico to observe said month.\n(c) During said month, the Department of the Family of Puerto Rico shall coordinate with public and private entities, as well as with any other institution interested in this event the dissemination and promulgation of the importance of responsible fatherhood.\n(d) As a prelude to this month, the Department of the Family of Puerto Rico shall develop an awareness campaign to stress the importance of responsible fatherhood among the Puerto Rican society.\nHistory —Aug. 16, 2012, No. 174, §§ 1--4.
