(a) This section shall be known as the 'Puerto Rican Notarial Day Act'.\n(b) October 2 of each year is hereby designated as 'Puerto Rican Notarial Day'. The Secretary of State shall issue a proclamation to such effect, and the Secretary of Justice shall organize a modest and simple act to stress the importance of notaries in our society.
