Pursuant to the provisions of Section 3(a) of Public Law 89-387 of the United States Congress of April 13, 1966, entitled 'uniform Time Act of 1966', the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico is hereby exempted from compliance with the provisions of said Act for the establishment of a solar light saving time.
