The Secretary or his/her authorized representative shall be empowered to perform periodic examinations of the depositaries of public funds, for the purposes of ensuring compliance with the provisions of this chapter and its regulations.The Secretary is likewise empowered to establish a daily information system that will allow him to know the data or the transactions performed with public funds and with their collaterals.
