The powers and duties of the Chairperson of the Board, of the President of the bank, of the Vice-presidents and other executive or administrative officials, shall be fixed and determined in the bylaws of the bank, which shall not contain any provision whatsoever which contravenes any legislation in force in Puerto Rico.
