In view of the inclusion in §§ 551—568 of this title of all necessary and pertinent provisions similar to provisions contained in the 'Banking Law', §§ 1 et seq. of this title, none of the provisions of the 'Banking Law', §§ 1 et seq. of this title, shall apply to the Bank, its directors, officers, employees, or agents.
