Any bank or institution authorized to make and which makes loans to students under the said federal act, and which receives from the Government Development Bank supplementary payment as subsidy under the provisions of §§ 601—606 of this title, shall be under the obligation to furnish to said Development Bank such information as the latter may require to determine accurately the supplementary amount to be paid or to allow the Development Bank or its employees or agents to audit the books of the Bank or the lending institution to determine the accuracy of the supplementary amount to be paid.
