It is hereby provided that the opportunity for eligible employees to join the Voluntary Early Retirement Program shall not be conditioned by their having to waive any present or pending judicial adjudication or administrative claims against the Government Development Bank and its affiliate, the Puerto Rico Infrastructure Financing Authority and its subsidiary, the Puerto Rico Housing Financing Authority.
