If any Bank Director violates or knowingly or negligently allows any official, agent or employee of the Bank to violate this chapter or any of the provisions of the Bank’s regulations, the Bank’s Board of Directors and/or the President of the Bank shall immediately inform the matter to the Governor of Puerto Rico. The Governor shall grant the Director thus charged the opportunity to be heard and may then dismiss said Director and take any other additional action he may deem necessary.
