The President of the Bank shall render an annual report of the Bank’s operations to the Board of Directors; in turn, the Board of Directors shall render an annual report to the Governor and to the Legislature of Puerto Rico of said operations at the beginning of each regular session. This report shall include:(1) A financial statement audited by professionally-recognized independent auditors selected by the Board of Directors of the Bank.(2) A report of the transactions made from the creation of the Bank or from the date of its last report.
