The Economic Development Bank for Puerto Rico Fund, a subsidiary of the Government Development Bank for Puerto Rico, is hereby directed and authorized to transfer to the Bank the sum of fifteen million dollars ($ 15,000,000), which shall represent the Bank’s original capital.
