The Commonwealth, its municipalities, instrumentalities and public corporations, savings and retirement funds administered by the Commonwealth and its instrumentalities, including the Teachers’ Retirement Fund as well as the Savings and Loan Fund of the Employees Association of the Government of Puerto Rico, are hereby authorized to invest funds in any type of debenture issued by the Bank.
