The application for a license to engage in the financial intermediation business shall be made under oath and shall be filed in the Office of the Commissioner. The same shall indicate the name and address where the main office of the business shall be established in Puerto Rico, and shall also contain any information required by the Commissioner, including the identification of each of the applicants, to provide grounds for the investigations provided in § 1075 of this title.
