All functions and powers of the Administration, including, but without being limited to, those functions regarding the investigation and promotion of commerce, are hereby transferred to the Company.All functions and powers of the Puerto Rico Exports Promotion Corporation, including without being limited to, those functions regarding the promotion of products and services of Puerto Rico abroad, and the maintenance of commercial installations and facilities for lease to the public and private sector, including agreements related to the Free Trade Zone or sub-zones, are hereby transferred to the Company.
