The regulations of the Company shall provide for the internal operations thereof and the duties and responsibilities of its officials. The regulations shall be recommended by the Executive Director and approved by the Board. Amendments to the regulations shall be proposed by the Executive Director and approved by the Board. No regulation or amendment thereof shall take effect until same has been duly registered in the official minute book of the Company, after having been approved by means of a Resolution of the Board. No regulation shall contravene the provisions of this chapter, or the provisions of §§ 2101 et seq. of Title 3, known as the 'Uniform Administrative Procedures Act'.
