In cases in which the provisions of §§ 1227i—1227k of this title are in conflict with the provisions of any other law, the provisions of §§ 1227—1227m of this title shall prevail, and no other law, approved before or after, regulating of the administration of the Commonwealth Government or of any parts, offices, bureaus, departments, commissions, agencies, municipalities, branches, agents, officials, or employees thereof shall be construed as applicable to the Company, unless it is thus expressly provided.
