All reports, materials, equipment and other properties used by the Administration and by the Puerto Rico Exports Development Corporation, up to the day before this act takes effect are hereby transferred to the Company to be used with regard to the functions transferred by the provisions of this chapter. This transfer includes the contracts in effect and all unspent balances of the appropriations, items, and other available funds, or that will be available to be used to perform said functions.
