All employees who comply with the provisions of § 1237 of this title and who by December 31, 2006, have completed twenty-four (24) or more years of credited services regardless of their age and who voluntarily avail themselves of the Program authorized in this chapter, shall be entitled to receive a pension of seventy-five percent (75%) of their average compensation.The Trade and Export Company shall not condition the opportunity of the employees eligible for availing themselves of the Voluntary Early Retirement System to relinquish ongoing or pending adjudication judicial or administrative claims against the Company.
