The Office of Human Resources of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico is ordered to oversee the administration and implementation of and due compliance with the Voluntary Retirement Program authorized in this chapter, for the employees of the Puerto Rico Trade and Export Company. The Puerto Rico Trade and Export Company shall render a report to the Legislature within the term of thirty (30) days, regarding the number of employees who availed themselves of the Program herein provided, as well as the cost of the same, once the implementation of the Voluntary Retirement Program herein approved has concluded.
