Any public funds investment fund created by virtue of this chapter, and any securities, instruments, certificates, stocks, shares and other evidence of participation in investments issued by said trust, shall be exempted from the application of the provisions of §§ 851 et seq. of Title 10, known as the 'Uniform Securities Act of Puerto Rico' and of §§ 661 et seq. of Title 10, known as the 'Investment Companies of Puerto Rico Act'.\nHistory —Aug. 11, 1995, No. 176, § 8.
