Every cooperative shall keep and maintain an updated register or list of members, which shall include the following items:(a) Name, address and occupation of each of the members whose credentials and identity must be verified;(b) number of shares owned by each member with their corresponding numbers, if available, and the amount paid on said shares, and(c) exact date the person became a member of the cooperative.It shall also keep updated information, in a separate register, on the depositors and persons who are not members, but who receive services of the savings and credit cooperative.
