(a) The Corporation may impose an administrative fine of not more than five thousand dollars ($5,000), on any cooperative that incurs violations of the provisions of this chapter or the regulations adopted thereby, or that violates the resolutions or orders, and on any member of the boards of directors, or any executive official or employee thereof, that is responsible for said violation.(b) The Corporation may impose administrative fines of up to one hundred dollars ($100) a day on any cooperative that fails to render any report required by the Corporation.
