The members of a cooperative, whether natural or juridical persons, and regardless of the number of shares they hold, shall each be entitled to one (1) vote. No member shall issue his/her vote through a proxy, except in the case of the members who are juridical persons, who may vote through their authorized representative. In the case of cooperatives organized by district, each district delegate shall be equally entitled to one (1) vote. History —Oct. 28, 2002, No. 255, § 5.04.
