The Board shall designate an education committee to develop a cooperative education program, according to the standards adopted pursuant to the provisions of this chapter. This committee shall be composed of not less than three (3) members nor more than seven (7) members, at least half of which shall not be members of the Board nor of other committees of the cooperative. The members of the education committee shall hold office for a term of one (1) year and shall perform their duties until their successors are elected, and may be redesignated to their positions by the Board of Directors. Any vacancies that may arise among the members of the education committee shall be filled by the Board for the remainder of the term of the outgoing member. History —Oct. 28, 2002, No. 255, § 5.16.
